Message	The opening was the same, as was lift I believe, only the auto cams closed the valves earlier than the 5-spd. Basically, the auto cams just cut top end breathing without giving you anything in return at the low end. At least that's what I recall when I was scrutinizing them. I have the auto cams and turbos on my Z, but have two sets of 5-spd cams and a 3 5-spd turbo housings which I'll swap out some day when I have the time.
